Join CRI over the course of 4 weeks in an interactive hybrid training to improve your communication skills and more effectively manage conflict. Our training is a combination of online self-study and in-person sessions covering communication, negotiations, mediation models & process, confidentiality, cultural diversity, law & ethics and how to write solid agreements.
